Success Tea Consultant partners closely with HR leaders, L&D heads, and business units to deliver outcomes that go beyond one-time events and translate into sustained business impact.

Role Description The Business Development Manager will lead end-to-end business development activities, including identifying prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business unit leaders, understanding their team development needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to propose tailored experiential learning solutions. The Manager will prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches, while tracking pipeline metrics and sales performance. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and representing Success Tea Consultant at meetings, events, and client workshops as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing enterprise or B2B deals.
  • Client relationship management capabilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders such as HR leaders, L&D heads, and business unit owners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear, compelling solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and support go-to-market planning.
  • High level of organization and self-management, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in corporate training, consulting, HR solutions, or related services is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Gurgaon and collaborating closely with cross-functional internal teams.
