Job description

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Personal Banker to support personal, agricultural, and business customers at a Minnesota community bank. You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions accurately; assist customers with account questions and digital banking; and identify relevant checking, savings, loan, and other banking solutions. Build lasting relationships through responsive, personalized service while protecting confidential information and following bank procedures and applicable regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and support branch goals. This role is ideal for someone who values integrity, attention to detail, and community connection. Cash-handling or customer service experience is preferred; banking experience is an advantage. On-the-job learning and career growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and routine banking transactions accurately.
Answer customer questions and provide account and digital banking support.
