Associate, Banker w/Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in NY, NY. Structure, analyze, & execute financing, incl bonds, private placements, debentures, securitizations, loans, & liability mgmt transactions on behalf of Latin American borrowers across sectors incl sovereigns, infrastructure, corp & banking sectors. Support live deal execution, incl running due diligence processes, negotiating offering agreements & other legal docs w/lawyers & financiers, & liaising w/other investment banks & other parties within the team.

Reqs: Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Fin, Econ, Bus Admin, or a rel quantitative field such as Civil Engr, & two (2) yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role. Int\'l travel req\'d 20% of time to Latin America region to meet w/clients to execute due diligence in fin\'l transactions & conduct mktg pitches.
