What You Will Do

  • Maintain prevailing-wage documentation, payroll records, and project-specific compliance files.
  • Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections with payroll, operations, project teams, and HR.
  • Track project requirements, submission calendars, missing information, and compliance deadlines.
  • Support audits, contractor/subcontractor documentation, and agency information requests.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of payroll experience with direct certified payroll/prevailing-wage responsibility preferred.
  • Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, state/local prevailing-wage concepts, and certified payroll reporting strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and deadline management.
  • Experience with construction/infrastructure payroll and project coding is a plus.

What You Can Expect

  • A role with direct visibility to business and HR leadership.
  • The opportunity to help build scalable HR practices for a growing, multi-site infrastructure organization.
  • Cross-functional partnership with field operations and corporate teams.
  • A practical, high-accountability environment focused on service, consistency, and measurable results.
