Human Resources/Payroll Specialist

Meadow View Nursing Center, a non-profit skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Berlin, Pennsylvania is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated team member to be our Human Resources Specialist. This is an opportunity to work with a great team of dedicated individuals. Our ideal candidate will possess experience within the senior living environment, 2 + years of Human Resources and payroll experience.

Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing environments, and interact effectively as a leader and member of the team. Responsibilities require knowledge of all Human Resources functions in a health care environment, including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding new hires including background check requirements, orientations, benefits and payroll administration, leave of absence management (including FMLA), Work Comp & OSHA reporting and employee relations and engagement programs.
