The Role

• Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV).
• Installation of high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including components like HV clamps and insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, along with pipe and cable assembly.
• Reviewing and marking up plan documents for accuracy.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith or metalworker (e.g., Metallbauer, Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker) or equivalent.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, ideally within construction, mechanical/plant engineering, energy, or processing industries.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular installation assignments throughout southwestern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and a motivated, independent work style.
