The Role

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives focused on residential security and automation solutions.
• Spend approximately 70% of your time in the field, motivating and supporting your team, and 30% in the office managing operations.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and continuously motivating sales representatives.
• Assign and manage leads, track sales performance, and conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Maintain personal sales requirements while setting a high standard for the team.
• Oversee team performance, focusing on retention and overall success.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Proficiency with technical devices such as laptops and tablets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territories.
• Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
