We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel business across multiple markets. Based out of our Pacific, WA office, you will support daily operations, customer communication, Purchase Order processing, payment coordination, and ERP/CRM management. You’ll work closely with our Business Managers and Centralized Operations team to keep processes running smoothly and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of Office Administrative Assistant:

  • Oversee and administer the Subcontractor Purchase Order process from end-to-end.
  • Assist the Central Operations Team with responsibilities including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, and customer communication.
  • Support the customer experience by coordinating effectively with Business Managers and Centralized Operations to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in making a high volume of outbound phone calls to customers and/or subcontractors.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational support functions as directed by Business Managers and Centralized Operations.
  • All other duties assigned

Details:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Compensation $23/hr+ based on experience.

Requirements of Office Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative or assistant role 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 
  • High attention to detail regarding monetary alignment between documents & systems 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team 
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus 
  • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
