Generative AI Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Python, and modern AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI solutions, working with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, and developing applications using techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data.
• Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document retrieval.
• Develop APIs and backend services to integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Build conversational AI, intelligent assistants, document-processing, summarization, classification, and question-answering solutions.
• Implement LLM evaluation, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Follow best practices for AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and governance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / GenAI / LLMs.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Experience working with OpenAI / GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Embeddings and Vector Databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend application development.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
