Job Description
Change Management & Training Analyst Location: Arlington, VA – 1x per week in office
Clearance: Secret cleared Support the Change Management and Training Lead by designing, developing and deploying the training and performance support materials. Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. This role involves planning, training, stakeholder engagement, and project support to drive organizational change effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Change Lead in all change management activities, including: Work planning and scheduling
Stakeholder management and communication
Gap analysis and process improvement
Metrics tracking and reporting
Develop and deliver system training sessions to end users. Support the creation of knowledge management materials and resources. Assist in the design and development of self-paced training content for ongoing learning. Coordinate pilots and resource allocation for change initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation. Support organizational planning and delivery of change-related projects. Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant experience Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
