Job description

Help shape how change happens across URUS

URUS is in an exciting period of transformation. Across our global organization, we are advancing more than 20 strategic initiatives, including technology modernization, CRM implementation, AI enablement, and other enterprise programs that will change how our people work, collaborate, and serve our customers.

But successful transformation is not just about implementing new technology or processes. It is about helping people understand why we are changing, what it means for them, and how we move forward together.

That is where you come in.

We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Change Management who will help connect the dots across our transformation portfolio and build an enterprise approach to change at URUS. You will serve as a trusted advisor, change leader, storyteller, and connector across our businesses, functions, projects, and geographies.

This is not a role where you will simply create change plans and hand them to project teams. You will help build a capability URUS does not have today, creating greater consistency in how we prepare our organization for change, engage employees, equip leaders, measure adoption, and realize the value of our strategic investments.

What you'll make possible

You will lead the people side of enterprise transformation across URUS, driving adoption, engagement, organizational readiness, and sustainable behavior change for strategic business initiatives. As a key member of the URUS Transformation Team, you will partner closely with executive leaders, project managers, functional teams, and external partners to turn transformation strategies into meaningful experiences for our people and measurable outcomes for the business.

A major part of your work will focus on digital transformation and AI adoption, helping employees understand, embrace, and effectively use emerging technologies while supporting responsible adoption and minimizing disruption.

You will also become an important ambassador for change, bringing together initiatives that may otherwise operate independently and helping create a coherent story about where URUS is going and why.

What you'll do

Lead enterprise change

  • Lead change management for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring organizational readiness, successful adoption, and achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of change initiatives and ensure alignment with URUS priorities, governance expectations, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Establish change management standards, frameworks, tools, and best practices across URUS.

  • Integrate change management activities into broader project plans and governance structures.

  • Advise senior leaders on organizational readiness, stakeholder risks, sponsorship effectiveness, adoption strategies, and benefits realization.

  • Conduct organizational readiness and change-impact assessments and develop strategies to address identified risks.

  • Define and measure adoption, engagement, readiness, benefits realization, and overall change effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change management initiatives within complex organizations.

  • Knowledge of AI technologies, automation, workforce transformation, and digital adoption platforms.

  • Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, including technology implementations and business process changes.

  • Demonstrated experience leading change management efforts related to Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, automation, or advanced technology deployments.

  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies.

  • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
