Pay Range: $28.00hr - $33.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will serve in a customer-facing, onsite role within Site Services responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience while ensuring secure campus access in partnership with Security. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact in lobbies and support daily operations impacting a large, high-visibility workforce of 12,000+ employees, visitors, and partners.

Duties:

• Perform customer-facing, onsite duties within Site Services responsible for delivering a high-touch hospitality experience while ensuring secure campus access in partnership with Security.
• Act as the first point of contact in lobbies and support daily operations impacting a large, high-visibility workforce.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Provide high-level, professional service with a service-oriented mindset.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Partner closely with Security to protect people and assets.
• Manage visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to access protocols and confidentiality.
• Support vendor deliveries including packages, catering, and personal items.
• Coordinate special requests and VIP interactions.
• Provide call center support for phone inquiries.
• Manage programs such as parking placards, transportation cards, and lobby amenities.
• Support multiple lobbies with flex and rover coverage as needed.
• Support delivery services including document handling and distribution.
• Maintain lobby supplies.
• Assist with projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate hospitality or high-end service such as luxury hotel, retail, or concierge.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to learn new systems including visitor management and call center tools.
• Valid CA driver s license.
