Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that improve the employee digital experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AI agents, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, RAG, Azure AI Search, enterprise API integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents and autonomous workplace assistants.
• Develop GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
• Design secure enterprise integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, REST APIs, and custom API wrappers.
• Develop RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search, vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs.
• Implement secure, context-aware enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Develop cloud-based AI applications, workflows, and automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, backend systems, APIs, and business processes.
• Apply effective prompt engineering and LLM orchestration techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and engineering teams.
• Follow enterprise integration patterns, security standards, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, monitor, and support AI solutions in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software/cloud development experience with significant GenAI/AI development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI applications.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience with API Integration and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience developing RAG applications and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Search / vector databases.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
