Role: AI Prompt Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer
Location: 100% Remote

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years
Candidates with hands-on experience in Agentic AI + MCP + Python + LangGraph/LangChain. Healthcare or CVS experience is an advantage, but practical AI agent development is the main focus.

• Create and improve AI prompts to get accurate results from AI models.
• Build AI agents that can plan tasks, make decisions, and perform multiple steps automatically.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications using MCP.
• Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
• Build RAG solutions that help AI retrieve information from documents and databases.
• Write code using Python or TypeScript.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI agent performance.
• Follow AI security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Work with business and technical teams to develop AI solutions.

Looking for candidates who have actually developed AI agents, not just candidates who use ChatGPT or write prompts.

• Understands a task and breaks it into steps.
