Job Requirements:

• Must be available from January to April for extended hours and some weekends
• Tax & accounting experiences: Three+ years preferred
• Ability to communicate well with all people
• Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements/priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Lacerte tax software.
• Knowledge of Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts
• Responsible for the accurate completion and review of income tax returns.
• Responding to inquiries from the IRS, Franchise Tax Board and other taxing authorities
• Excellent customer service
• Conducting tax interviews with clients
• Conducting bookkeeping tasks
• Training team members and new hires
• Ensuring client confidentiality and privacy
• IRS audit support & attendance
