Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of GAAP, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Assist with external audits and tax compliance, providing schedules and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Manage and track all fixed assets and depreciation
Manage and report on all lease agreements, ensuring proper accounting for all leases
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
