Lead Oracle VBCS Developer
Remote and Travel to VA
Long-term Contract
Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS development
- Expert knowledge of Oracle ATP (Advanced Tables for Processes) and configuration
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM workflows and approval processes
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and low-code development patterns
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with incentive compensation workflows
- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting and talent management modules
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
