Designation : Business Development Manager
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA Preferred
Industry Preference: SaaS Sales Experience
Field Work: 90% On-field Client Engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through multiple channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and business meetings
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team
