Senior Department Financial Analyst
Location: Waukegan IL
Duration: 3 Months
  • Role: 
    • Two openings. Senior Departmental Financial Analyst working within their information security and risk management department. Would like one resource assigned to each "focus" below. 
    • Two main areas of focus: 
      • Budget management; forecasting, expense tracking, etc.; will be the go-to person for the budget. (budget will be approximately $100M). 
      • Procurement support; working with the department to renew licenses, run statements of work, submit those into PO's, etc. 
  • Required: 
    • Should have demonstrated experience (4+ years) with experience in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and contracting/procurement support in an enterprise environment. 
    • SAP experience (in terms of enterprise financial systems/tools); open to other tools, but would highly prefer SAP. 
    • Ideally targeting minimum 7+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree; willing to flex on years of experience if they meet all of the requirements. 
    • Must have strong communication skills (will be working heavily with leadership). 
    • Must have strong Excel experience. 
  • Preferred: 
    • Any experience with IT/Information Security (and risk management) would be a huge plus.
