Business Finance Analyst - Remote

As a Business Finance Analyst, you'll work alongside an experienced finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. You'll gain hands-on experience while helping leaders make informed business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Build and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
• Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and support decision-making
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills 
• Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus, but not required
