Fire Alarm Engineer

Fire Alarm Engineer – Small Works &amp; Servicing Salary: £50,000 per annum<br />Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm<br />Location: London &amp; surrounding areas A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established, BAFE-approved Fire &amp; Security contractor. The successful candidate will primarily carry out small works, second fixing, commissioning and servicing of fire alarm systems across London and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Installing, second fixing and commissioning fire alarm systems
• Carrying out planned servicing and maintenance
• Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensuring systems are installed, commissioned and maintained to the highest standards
• Ensuring all work complies with BS 5839, current fire safety regulations and company procedures
• Completing works professionally and providing a high standard of service to clients Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
• Strong working knowledge of BS 5839 and other relevant standards
• Competent in installing and commissioning fire alarm systems
• Strong fault-finding and servicing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid ECS/CSCS card
• Own hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship Package
