The role emphasizes hands-on management without travel requirements, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain effective employee relations and resolve conflicts
Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits and payroll systems using Paychex Flex
Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning
Coordinate training and development programs

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in human resources management
Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Paychex Flex
Knowledge of labor law compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
