Human Resources Advisor - Recruitment - Permanent - Full Time Position

Bilingual HR Generalist
Recruiting - End to End
Onboarding and Offboarding in both English and Spanish. Assisting with HR events, fairs, wellness initiatives, and new hire onboarding. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and other applicable local regulations. Support employee education by creating materials and delivering presentations. Supporting Managers with performance management. File claims, coordinate treatment, and monitor the return-to-work process.

Handle Confidential Information.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist type position.
~ Bilingual in Spanish Required.
~ Strong Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
~ Strong HR system software experience using a robust system – Like Oracle or SAP or similar.
~ Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related – preferred. boxes of benefit materials, files). Frequent use of a computer, phone, and general office equipment. Occasional walking across company location for meetings or employee outreach.

Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise level.

Compensation: $24.00-$28.00/hr D.Medical
