Required:
5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions

2+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM

Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

Bachelor's degree

Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees

Experience in government and public sector implementations

Oracle HCM Cloud certified
