Key Responsibilities

End-User Guidance & Training

• Drive user readiness by facilitating hands-on testing sessions, guiding cross-functional teams through complex NetSuite transaction flows and process validation.

• Conduct interactive walkthroughs, informal coaching, and targeted training sessions to boost user confidence ahead of system deployment.

• Clarify functional workflows, demonstrate standard system capabilities, and champion operational best practices.

Issue Resolution & Defect Management

• Serve as the first line of defense for testing inquiries, performing root-cause analysis to distinguish between software configuration errors, data discrepancies, or training gaps.

• Partner closely with internal technical developers and functional leads to prioritize, track, and remediate platform bugs and process gaps.

• Validate technical fixes and perform end-to-end regression testing alongside key operational stakeholders to confirm issue resolution.

Testing Coordination & Readiness Tracking

• Monitor testing velocity, log software defects, and maintain real-time visibility into active blockers impacting launch readiness.

• Participate in daily operational standups to report testing milestones, highlight risks, and maintain alignment across project workstreams.

• Assist business users in setting up mock test environments, master data sets, and realistic execution scenarios.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• NetSuite Expertise: Proven track record delivering functional NetSuite ERP support across core modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Financials).

• Industry Background: Strong preference for experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or light production environments.

• Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required to support multi-regional teams and localized business users.

• On-Site Presence: Willingness to provide dedicated, on-site support during intensive testing windows and go-live cutover.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience supporting production environments with verifiable client references.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex ERP concepts into clear, actionable business language.
