Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Consultant (Newark, NJ )- Locals Candidate only)

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Absence Management.
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing, taxation, compliance, deductions, costing, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Fast Formulas and Absence Management configuration.
• Experience with Time and Labor integration and absence accrual processes.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Oracle HCM data migration, HDL, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations is preferred.
• Experience assisting a Payroll organization through an HCM transition, implementation, or system upgrade.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
