Job Description

Lewisville & Fort Worth, TX On-Site

Are you the type of HR professional who would rather be on the warehouse floor building relationships than sitting behind a desk all day? Do you thrive in fast-paced distribution and production environments where you can make an immediate impact on employees, leaders, safety, engagement, and culture?

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist who enjoys being highly visible, approachable, and hands-on. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who genuinely values supporting frontline operations and wants to build a career in manufacturing and distribution HR.

What You'll Do

  • Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
  • Supporting employee investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
  • Leading onboarding for hourly employees and ensuring a welcoming employee experience from day one.
  • Conducting exit interviews and identifying employee retention trends.
  • Partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement and development efforts.
  • Managing and facilitating monthly Safety Committee meetings and workplace incident investigations.
  • Supporting leave administration, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, and related compliance requirements.
  • Screening candidates for Distribution Center and Production Associate positions.
  • Partnering with staffing agencies to meet temporary workforce needs.
  • Assisting employees with benefits and payroll questions.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Participating in HR projects that improve processes, culture, and the overall employee experience.
  • We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working directly with frontline employees and operational leaders.
  • Is comfortable spending time in warehouse and production environments.
  • Builds trust quickly and isn't afraid to have difficult conversations when needed.
  • Takes ownership, acts independently, and follows through.
  • Balances employee advocacy with sound business judgment.
  • Loves being visible, approachable, and involved in the day-to-day operation.
  • Wants to grow within operational HR and make a long-term impact.
  • Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, recruiting, and HR compliance.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally ADP, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Spanish or Vietnamese bilingual skills strongly preferred.
  • Travel & Work Environment

  • Weekly travel between Lewisville, TX and Fort Worth, TX locations.
  • Primarily on-site role supporting warehouse and production operations.
  • Exposure to manufacturing and distribution center environments, including moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Compensation

Annual Compensation Range (Base Range): $60,000 - $70,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final base salary and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
