Product Manager – Process Transformation & Governance | Product Development | Hybrid | W-2 Only
Location: New York City ,NYC
Contract
seeking a resource with robust experience in process design and product development.
- Candidate must be capable of fully taking over and redesigning the IC process while maintaining ongoing operational effectiveness.
- Looking for someone who can create a seamless enterprise-wide experience while preserving the governance and importance of the process.
- AI knowledge is considered a plus.
- Emphasis on ownership, accountability, and strategic process transformation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience owning and operating complex cross-functional business processes end-to-end.
- Strong process management, governance, controls, documentation, and continuous improvement expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- Ability to establish structure, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tool proficiency.
- Experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions and process improvements.
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
Preferred
- Product development and process transformation experience.
- Automation and AI tool knowledge.
- Experience treating business processes as products and driving adoption of new solutions.
