Product Manager – Process Transformation & Governance | Product Development | Hybrid | W-2 Only

Location: New York City ,NYC

Contract

seeking a resource with robust experience in process design and product development.

Candidate must be capable of fully taking over and redesigning the IC process while maintaining ongoing operational effectiveness.
Looking for someone who can create a seamless enterprise-wide experience while preserving the governance and importance of the process.
AI knowledge is considered a plus.
Emphasis on ownership, accountability, and strategic process transformation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience owning and operating complex cross-functional business processes end-to-end.

Strong process management, governance, controls, documentation, and continuous improvement expertise.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong business writing and communication skills.
Ability to establish structure, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability.
Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tool proficiency.
Experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions and process improvements.
Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
