Management Lead
This is a Full-Time (W2) Remote position supporting Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) and requires an Active Government Clearance (Public Trust or Higher). Full Benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.
Contract Term: 1 year (With possible extensions)
Number of Available Positions/Salary Target:
- 1 Position Management Lead: $70K-$95K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant Professional Experience and Background related to the position)
Requirements: ship Work Authorization Status; Active Government Clearance (Public Trust or Higher); Completed College Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Higher); 2+ years of professional experience including Program/Project Management supporting Government/Federal Health Agencies
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience supporting program development and deliverables
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating SMEs, stakeholders, workstreams, or cross-functional teams in a project or consulting environment
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience engaging academic, clinical, policy, actuarial, healthcare, or other specialized SMEs
- Prior experience in Medicare, Medicaid, ACO, ACA operations
- Knowledge of risk adjustment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and meeting management skills, including experience preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize research, technical findings, experiments, or analytical outputs into clear materials for non-technical or domain-expert audiences
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, siloed information, and conflicting stakeholder perspectives while maintaining forward progress
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Lead recurring SME meetings, including agenda development, facilitation, time management, decision tracking, and follow-up coordination
- Capture clear meeting notes, action items, decisions, risks, open questions, and dependencies for internal teams, clients, and SME stakeholders
- Translate experiments, prototypes, analyses, and internal technical findings into SME-ready summaries, discussion materials, decision logs, and presentations
- Manage engagement across siloed teams and stakeholder groups, helping reconcile conflicting viewpoints and drive alignment on priorities, assumptions, and next steps
Education
- Master’s preferred , in Public Health or Public Policy
