Functional Configuration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ITONICS Functional Configuration Consultant to support an enterprise innovation-management platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience with ITONICS configuration, administration, and functional solution design. The consultant will work with business and technical teams to implement workflows, forms, scoring models, dashboards, security, and reporting. Experience with iPipe migration and innovation-management processes is highly preferred. Candidates with pharmaceutical or life-sciences experience and strong stakeholder communication skills are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate innovation-management needs into effective ITONICS solutions.
• Configure ITONICS workspaces, templates, forms, fields, content types, and page layouts.
• Design and maintain workflows for idea submission, evaluation, prioritization, approvals, and stage-gate processes.
• Configure scoring models, evaluation criteria, voting, reviews, dashboards, portfolio views, reports, and notifications.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, restricted workspaces, and platform access controls.
• Support migration of processes and data from iPipe or other legacy idea-management platforms into ITONICS.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and configuration documentation.
• Participate in system testing, regression testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, security, data migration teams, and the ITONICS product team to resolve functional issues.
• Provide post-production administration, user training, release support, reporting, and continuous improvement of the ITONICS platform.
