Digital Support Specialist - User Help & Access

Court Services Victoria is seeking a Digital Support Officer to be the first point of contact for internal and external users of VCAT's digital systems. You will troubleshoot access issues and guide users through CMS, Felix, and the digital portal to ensure smooth online engagement.

You will work with the Operations team to identify trends, support process improvements, and develop helpful guidance materials for a high-volume, customer-focused service environment.
