Digital Support Specialist - First Point of Contact

Court Services Victoria is seeking a Digital Support Officer in Melbourne to be the first point of contact for users of VCAT's digital systems. You will troubleshoot access issues and guide users to online services, working closely with the Operations team to improve processes and the user experience.

You will assist both internal and external users, manage high volumes of inquiries, and contribute to developing self-service resources while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence.
