Job Description

WEL Group is a growing recruitment agency based in Brighouse, and we're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent recruitment division.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, enjoys speaking to people and wants to build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting clients and candidates by phone and email.

• Building and maintaining relationships with businesses.

• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates.

• Reviewing CVs and interviewing applicants.

• Developing new business opportunities.

• Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement.

Requirements

• Good communication and people skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Confidence speaking to new people.

• Good organisation and time management.

• Motivation to achieve targets and earn bonus.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
