The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage a 360 recruitment desk, developing valuable skills in sales, business development, negotiation and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with clients and education professionals
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Developing new business through sales activity and networking
• Attending client meetings and school visits
• Negotiating offers and managing placements
• Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals

About You
We're looking for graduates who are ambitious, driven and eager to build a successful career.
You'll have:

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential
• A degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A resilient and target-driven mindset
• Confidence working in a fast-paced commercial environment
• A desire to learn, develop and progress

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, sport, retail, events, fundraising or leadership positions is advantageous but not essential.
