Western Power is seeking a senior People Solutions Specialist to provide expert guidance on complex workforce establishment and employee lifecycle matters at our Perth CBD office. You will support managers and employees, interpret policy, and manage establishment activities within SuccessFactors and related HR systems.

You will influence stakeholders, ensure accurate data processing, and escalate issues to HR Partners when needed, contributing to a high-quality employee experience and process
