Head of Capital & Liquidity - Hybrid Working Leader

Judo Bank Pty in Melbourne is seeking a senior Leader to head Capital & Liquidity. You will own the capital management framework, ICAAP coordination, liquidity risk management and balance sheet optimisation.

You'll work with Treasury, Finance and Risk to deliver insights to ALCO, the Executive, Board, and APRA. You'll drive capital planning, regulatory reporting and preparedness for evolving prudential regimes, partnering across teams to support SME banking.
