The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a range of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
• Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the organization with pride, providing advice and first-class service.
• Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve customer vehicle issues.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a variety of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
