Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Rate: $30-$55/hr

• Work Arrangement: On-site (5 days per week in Austin, TX office)
• Hours per Week: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
   

Job Description & Requirements

Overview: Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues on their laptops and mobile devices (Windows, Mac, iPhone, & Android). On-site position, 5 days per week in the Austin, TX office with occasional optional travel to an additional office in Austin for support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various IT functions including hardware/software inventory and rolling out new systems to end users/groups.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Manage asset management, inventory management, and shipping/receiving of hardware.
• Assist in maintaining network equipment, phones, teleconference equipment, computer room, and data center operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience Level: Level 2 Support
• Operating Systems: Fully proficient with Windows and MacOS.
• Software: Microsoft Office Suite with extensive experience in Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Technical Hardware: Thorough understanding of PC computer hardware and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Documentation & Execution: Strong documentation skills for instructions and solutions; high level of accountability and ability to perform detailed technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
