Location : NYC NY.(Hybrid 3 4 days onsite)

Complex SQL, Snowflake, Dimensional Data Modelling, Performance Tuning, Python, Airflow, Data Engineering

The Sr. Data Engineer will contribute to the Company's success by partnering with business, analytics and infrastructure teams to design and build data pipelines to facilitate measuring various KPIs & metrics. Collaborating across disciplines, they will identify internal / external data sources, design data models, define ETL strategy & implement automated Data Quality checks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles, including dimensional modeling and data normalization principles.
• Expert SQL skills and ability to create queries to analyze complex datasets
• Good experience with Snowflake and able to conduct advanced performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on production experience with data pipeline orchestration systems such as Airflow for creating and maintaining data pipelines
• Strong communication skills written and verbal presentations.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum principles and ceremonies.
