What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and inspect their property.

Provide accurate estimates and recommend roofing solutions that best fit the customer's needs.
Build trust through honest communication and an exceptional customer experience.
Guide homeowners through the sales process from the initial consultation to project completion.
Follow up consistently with customers to answer questions and keep projects moving forward.
Generate your own leads while working company-provided opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company software.
Stay up to date on roofing products, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
What We're Looking For

• Sales experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Comfortable working in a field-based environment and meeting with homeowners.
