About the job
We''re seeking an experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to support and optimize a complex enterprise Citrix environment. This role will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, with a strong focus on image management, application delivery, and end-user performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage and support Citrix technologies, including StoreFront, XenApp/Citrix Virtual Apps, PVS, MCS, and Application Layering
•    Administer and maintain virtual desktop and application environments
•    Support Epic application delivery within Citrix environments
•    Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
•    Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop, and application teams to ensure a stable user experience

Qualifications:

•    Strong, hands-on experience across the full Citrix stack
•    Expertise with PVS and MCS image management
•    Experience supporting Epic in a healthcare or enterprise environment preferred
•    Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale virtual desktop environments
