Job Description
Role: Project Manager

Job Description:
Role is - Project Manager for Manufacturing LIMS project to own delivery, financials, and Client relationship
Role is - Project Manager for Manufacturing LIMS project to own delivery, financials, and Client relationship
Key Responsibilities:
- "Lead end-to-end LIMS implementation projects (like STARLIMS, BIOVIA One Lab, Labware LIMS),including requirements gathering, system configuration, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery
- Designing and validating requirements for enhancements or any interface configurations in coordination with Offshore and Onsite teams and discuss the implementation plans.
- Develop validation strategies and author/execute UAT scripts and create traceability matrices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality, performance.
- Manage defect tracking, testing cycles, change control processes, and system enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate the cost for Enhancements during the lifecycle of the project.
- Manage Resource allocations to the project.
- Participates in SCRUM ceremonies with Client and business stakeholder
- Work with development team to get Business Requirement fulfilled
- Assists in the creation of proposals and estimates for Professional Service projects from project extensions with existing customers to working on new proposals with Sales, Presales
