Project Manager

Executive Engagement & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage direct engagement with stakeholders and vendors, dedicating approximately 15–20% of time to executive-level communication, including high-level project oversight, stakeholder alignment, and leading monthly sponsor meetings to provide project health updates.

Project Controlling & Monitoring: Establish and monitor project controlling methods to ensure timely knowledge and awareness of changes to project cost, quality, or schedule.

Full Lifecycle Project Management: Provide planning, staffing, and reporting to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects according to the sponsor’s goals and objectives. Adhere to established standard project management methodologies and organizational project prioritization processes across the entire lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

Team & Deliverable Execution: Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities, tasks, and deliverables required from the project team according to the project plan.

Operational Support: Perform additional project management and operational functions as needed to contribute to overall organizational objectives.Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience working effectively in team environments within matrix organizations.

5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.

5+ years of experience with data infrastructure concepts and data governance fundamentals.

5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for building new systems and enhancing existing information systems.

5+ years of experience working with data communications, information systems hardware/software concepts, and operating principles.

5+ years of experience communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively.

5+ years of experience analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions.

5+ years of experience conducting training sessions and facilitating informational workshops.

5+ years of experience communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating working sessions, and negotiating outcomes.

5+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining positive interactions, and resolving issues.
