Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
Meet with sellers and conduct listing consultations
Present pricing and marketing strategies
Create effective listing plans
Negotiate offers and contracts
Guide sellers from listing to closing
Build relationships and generate referrals
Work with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams
