Inside Sales Rep

Patterson is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to drive growth in our dental and animal health wholesale distribution business. In this phone and email-based role, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, promoting products, equipment, software, and services that enhance patient care and practice performance. You'll qualify leads, build relationships, and close sales while collaborating with field sales and internal partners. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to dental and animal health customers to promote Patterson products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, equipment, software, and services
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, call quotas, and pipeline goals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer service to support account growth
• Provide product information, pricing, and basic technical guidance to customers
• Participate in training on product lines, sales techniques, and industry trends
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and promotions to close business
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve offerings and service
