Job Description





Title: Enterprise Technology Administrator II (IT Support)


Type: Contract-to-Hire


Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)


Pay: $28.99 $35.00 per hour


Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Administrator II to provide hands-on IT support for end users across the organization while helping maintain and enhance core technology services. This role combines service desk operations, systems administration, equipment provisioning, and project support to ensure employees receive reliable, high-quality technical assistance and access to the tools they need to succeed.


The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and comfortable supporting a wide range of hardware, software, cloud platforms, and mobile technologies in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user technology issues involving laptops, software, VPN access, printers, mobile devices, security tools, and account access.

  • Respond to and manage support requests while meeting established service level expectations.

  • Deliver professional, customer-oriented technical support to employees across the organization.

  • Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and self-service documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal technology teams, including networking and information security, to resolve complex issues.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors when additional technical support is required.

  • Assist with the deployment and implementation of new hardware, software, cloud solutions, and technology services.

  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user productivity, and support processes.

  • Manage IT asset tracking and inventory records.

  • Administer and maintain endpoint management and IT administration tools.

  • Support password management solutions and related access management processes.

  • Participate in technology-related projects and organizational initiatives as needed.


Required Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related technical role.

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related productivity tools.

  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management and administration.

  • Experience with Azure Entra ID administration.

  • Knowledge of ticketing or service management platforms, such as Jira Service Management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work and consistently meet service commitments.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events or technology support needs (less than 10%).


Preferred Qualifications



  • Microsoft, Apple, or other relevant technical certifications.

  • Understanding of ITIL service management practices and methodologies.

  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online and Confluence.


Nice-to-Have Skills



  • Experience with endpoint deployment, imaging, and lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration and identity management technologies.

  • Background supporting enterprise-wide technology rollouts and system upgrades.

  • Process improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
