  • Maintain accurate material tracking reports and status updates.

  • Coordinate with procurement, project managers, warehouse teams, and field leadership.

  • Follow up consistently to ensure critical equipment and materials arrive on time.

  • Support visibility into long-lead items, critical spares, and project-related materials.

  • Help resolve delivery discrepancies, missing information, or shipment issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in material expediting, logistics, procurement coordination, supply chain, or a similar role.

  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, utilities, manufacturing, or other project-based environments.

  • Strong follow-up, communication, and organization skills.

  • Experience tracking purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules.

  • Ability to identify schedule risks and escalate issues quickly.

  • Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, or material tracking systems.

  • Comfortable working onsite in the Santa Teresa / El Paso area.

  • Organized, communicative, and open to direction.

Nice to Have

  • Data center or mission-critical project experience.

  • Experience supporting construction or commissioning teams.

  • Familiarity with MEP equipment, critical materials, long-lead items, or industrial components.

  • Experience coordinating with warehouse or field logistics teams.
