Oracle OCM Practice Consultant
Remote
Long term contract
- Lead and manage the Oracle OCM Practice at the practice level.
- Must have 15+ Years of experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle and ERP platforms, with the ability to lead enterprise OCM initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale Oracle/ERP transformation and change management programs.
- Lead client engagement, strategy, delivery, team development, and practice growth.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to drive organizational adoption and successful transformations.
- Experience with platforms such as Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or other major ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
