Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership profitability.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and manage budgets, sales reports, and forecasts.

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and market trends.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
