Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Employment Type: Contract
Eligibility- Australian Citizen/ PR Holders

Experience- 8+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure services, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and Azure App Services.
  • Configure and manage Azure networking components, including VNet, Subnets, NSG, VPN Gateway, Load Balancer, and Application Gateway.
  • Implement and manage Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), RBAC, and access management.
  • Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, or PowerShell.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps teams for infrastructure deployment.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
  • Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization monitoring.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
Strong knowledge of:
  • Azure Virtual Machines
  • Azure Virtual Networks (VNet)
  • Network Security Groups (NSG)
  • Azure Storage Accounts
  • Azure Load Balancer and Application Gateway
